OUR guarantee TO YOU

FARINO offers an extended two year guarantee on all its Carriers, covering defective materials and workmanship. If you find fault with your Carrier within this period, we offer free repair or replacement. The extended guarantee does not cover accidental damage, damage in transport, misuse, neglect, cosmetic damage, wear and tear, overloading of the carrier, inappropriate repairs, exposure to extreme temperatures or to liquids, chemicals or other harmful substances.

The extended guarantee commences on the day you receive your Carrier (not the date that the product is registered on the www.carriedbyfarino.com website) and is not renewed upon repair or replacement of the product. The extended guarantee is limited to the value of the product and is available to the original purchaser of the goods only. Proof of purchase is required to claim the extended guarantee. Any defects in materials or workmanship notified to us after expiry of the extended guarantee period are not covered by this warranty, although we would be happy to help you try to repair any defects, but these repairs would be subject to charge.
