Is My Carrier Guaranteed?

FARINO offers an extended two year guarantee on all its Carriers. If you find fault with your Carrier within this period due to defective materials and workmanship, we offer free repair or replacement. Please see our Guarantee section for full details of the Extended Guarantee and review our Terms and Conditions too.

Our wheels have a lifetime guarantee.

Standard 5-7 days £5.50 UK mainland postcodes only (excluding PO Box addresses). We offer FREE UK returns.

We may be able to ship your Carrier to you more quickly, or to other countries, so please do contact us direct for customised rates.

What is your returns policy?

We hope that you will be really pleased with your Carrier, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we would be happy, in accordance with your statutory rights, to refund your purchases provided that you exercise your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of your receipt of your Carrier.

Please note that if you use the Carrier before returning it you may be liable for any diminished value of the Carrier resulting from such use and we will consider the condition of the Carrier being returned when making a refund.

On receipt of returned goods, we will refund your payment subject to their condition. Please note that once we receive the returned goods it may take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

To help improve our service and understanding, please do let us know the reason for returning any goods.

How do I return my Carrier?

Return the parcel by RECORDED DELIVERY, requiring a signature on receipt, to the following address:

Can I take my carrier on a plane?

The Getaway is small enough to take on most airlines as hand luggage - the exact measurements are 35cm x 23cm x 54cm (inc. wheels).

How do I set my combination padlock?

There are instructions within your padlock packaging – Type E refers.

The code is set to 0-0-0 by default. Please follow the steps below to set your desired code. Slide the reset button, underneath the numbers, from left to right. Set your own code by turning the dials and align the numbers in the indication window. Slide the reset button back from right to left and the padlock is set.

If you would like to change the number code, please repeat the above steps. The shackle should not be inserted when setting the code.
